Rates are per practice, per day, in Tunisian dinars. You are billed for the days you actually use, and you change or cancel your plan yourself, from inside the app.
Questions we get asked
Do I need to install anything?
No. OrionDoctor runs in your browser, on your practice's own address. It works on a desktop at the front desk and on a phone or tablet in the consultation room.
Can my assistant use it without seeing everything?
Yes. Each team member gets a role, and each role carries only the permissions you grant — you can give the front desk appointments and the waiting room without opening billing or clinical notes.
Is the prescription really printable as-is?
Yes. The A5 template uses your letterhead and accent colour and prints identically every time, on a standard printer.
Does the AI decide anything for me?
No. It drafts the consultation summary from what you entered, and you edit or discard it. No diagnosis, no prescription, nothing saved to the record until you accept it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Ask us and we export your patients, consultations, prescriptions and invoices for you before your account closes.
Which languages does it support?
French, English and Arabic, including full right-to-left layout in Arabic. Each team member picks their own language; the practice does not have to agree on one.
